Ingredients:

  • 3 cooked beets (preferably steamed to preserve nutrients)
  • 120 grams cream cheese (Kiri or your favorite)
  • 1 slice sourdough toast

Optional Toppings:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced avocado

 

Instructions:
